From origins to international growth
Vetrocare was founded in 2007 to respond to the growing need for innovative solutions for the repair and refurbishment of existing glass surfaces. Born within the Biffignandi Group, the company was able to count on strong investments in research and development to offer valid alternatives to the replacement of damaged glass. With the use of a patented system in continuous dialogue with internally produced abrasive solutions, Vetrocare has been able to demonstrate, over the years, the quality of the solutions offered, which has quickly made it an international reality.

The beginning of a successful journey
The growing demand for solutions to address extraordinary maintenance of vandalized, oxidized, or accidentally scratched glass encouraged Biffignandi S.p.A. to invest in a dedicated entity to directly test specific abrasive solutions of its own production for glass surface treatment. This is how Vetrocare Srl was born.
2009
International expansion
Vetrocare took its first major step onto the global stage with the restoration of the glass facades of Al Bidda Tower in Doha, Qatar, marking the beginning of its innovative and international approach.

Beyond borders, beyond expectations
Vetrocare expanded its expertise worldwide by restoring the prestigious glass facades of Hotel Sipopo in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, reinforcing its position as a trusted global player.
2015
Luxury and precision in Monte Carlo
Vetrocare competently followed the project for the repair of the glass panes of the Torre Odeon, the most exclusive residential skyscraper in the Principality.
2016
Excellence in major urban projects
Vetrocare played a key role in the refurbishment of the CityLife project in Milan, one of the most iconic residential areas in Italy, demonstrating its expertise in large-scale developments.

Technology at sea
Vetrocare’s quality proved so high it was the only company able to solve the problems of the glass panes on board the Aida Prima (2016) and Aida Perla (2017) cruise ships in Nagasaki, Japan.

A benchmark for cultural heritage preservation
Vetrocare became the official partner of FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) for the safety enhancement of historical glass facades, contributing to the preservation of Italy’s cultural heritage.

An unstoppable growth
Vetrocare is called to repair the windows of the Regione Piemonte Tower, a symbol of innovation and sustainability. That same year, the company opens a branch in Norway to meet the needs of the Vard Søviknes shipyard.

Abitare in Maggiolina: a new standard in residential projects
Vetrocare successfully refurbished the glass facades of the Abitare in Maggiolina residential complex, showcasing technical expertise and attention to detail in a modern and sustainable setting.
