On the outskirts of Milan, Vetrocare was selected for a highly technical intervention within the iconic Campari Towers, designed by architects Mario Botta and Giancarlo Marzorati. Structural restoration of the largest vertical tunnel at Aero Gravity

Vetrocare was commissioned to address a structural fracture in the massive glass cylinder of Aero Gravity’s wind tunnel, the only indoor flight facility in Italy and one of the most advanced in the world. The curved glass panel, standing 8 m tall and 25 mm thick, had sustained a significant crack that was expertly treated through a sophisticated resin injection and polymerization procedure.
Performed with exceptional precision, this intervention restored both the optical continuity and structural integrity of the surface while preserving its complex geometry.
